1. Rent & Payment

Monthly rent must be paid on or before the 5th of every month.

Payment should be made via (Cash/Online Transfer/UPI/Cheque) to the PG owner/manager.

Late payment beyond the stipulated date will attract a fine of ₹ 100 per day.

The security deposit amount is refundable upon vacating, subject to deduction for any damages or unpaid dues.

2. Security Deposit

The security deposit is non-adjustable against monthly rent.

It will be refunded only after 30 days of vacating the premises, after checking for damages and pending dues.

No refund will be provided if the guest leaves without giving proper notice.

3. Notice Period & Vacating Rules

A minimum 30 days notice must be given before vacating the PG.

If the guest fails to serve the notice period, the security deposit will be forfeited.

The room should be returned in its original condition, and any damages must be compensated.

4. Accommodation & Facilities

Guests will be assigned accommodation as per their requirement.

Electricity will be charged separately and the inmates will have to pay the amount as per the meter fitted outside their rooms. Water usage must be reasonable.

Laundry services (if provided) should be used as per the allocated schedule.

Housekeeping is provided (Daily/Weekly); guests must keep their rooms clean.

5. Timings & Restrictions

Timings are absolutely at the discretion of the inmates.

No loud music, parties, or disturbances are allowed.

Consumption of alcohol, drugs, or any illegal activities is strictly prohibited.

6. Visitors & Guests

Visitors are allowed only between 10 AM and 6 PM and must register at the entrance.

Overnight stays of visitors are strictly prohibited.

Any damage caused by a visitor will be the responsibility of the guest.

7. Food & Meal Services

Meal timings are fixed and must be followed.

Outside food can be ordered but should not create inconvenience for others.

Cooking inside rooms is strictly prohibited.

8. Security & Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for their own belongings. The PG owner will not be liable for theft or loss.

Any damage to PG property will be charged to the responsible guest.

Guests must lock their rooms when leaving the premises.

9. Termination of Stay

The PG owner has the right to terminate the stay of any guest found violating rules.

In case of misconduct, the guest may be asked to vacate immediately without a refund.

10. Agreement Acknowledgment

I, (Guest Name), agree to abide by the above terms and conditions and understand that any violation may result in eviction without a refund.
